Olson Oil Company Inc. (“Olson Oil,” “we,” “our”) is a fuel distribution company located at 1425 W Lincoln Ave, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect customer information, including information related to our SMS text messaging program.

We collect information that customers provide to us directly in the course of doing business, such as name, business name, billing and delivery address, email address, and phone number (including mobile phone numbers for customers who request SMS pricing updates).
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Olson Oil offers fuel pricing updates by SMS text message to existing customers who request them. Enrollment is by customer request (verbal, by phone, or in person). Upon enrollment, customers receive a confirmation message.
Message frequency: typically one message per business day, occasionally two to three per day during periods of high market volatility. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 218-205-0372.
Mobile Information Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Use Information
We use customer information to provide fuel products and services, communicate pricing and account information, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.
Information Sharing
